Allow visits to be completed in different places i.e make it possible to have a separate start and end location.

Currently the client's Task History can be filtered by task category but not by date. A customer has requested to be able to filter based on a date range. These reports are often delivered to the council covering e.g. the past month only.

We have to use a second provider currently for auditing, but would leave to keep this in house. We would love to see audits for quality management, safeguarding, etc, and be able to add bespoke domains and titles. Audits for clients and the service would be great.

Currently, care companies use communication apps such as WhatsApp that are not very secure. The SMS function in NB is only one-way from management to carers.

Break should be visible both in the carer app and back office instead of just a gap in schedule.

At present name badges are worn by staff and are being misplaced, get in the way, being broken etc. If the badge would be on each individuals mobile app to be able to display when needed.

They would like to be able to add couples to the system, they have several couples but have to put single details on the system (dob etc) they also cannot add 2 lots of medication. They also need the call as one otherwise they will be invoiced twice.

Ability to select a validity period for a pinned note, for example, if a particular important instruction is relevant only for e.g. one week and not needed after that. This could help keep the list of notes shorter and easier to read, if the time-critical notes would be on the top and then automatically expired.

It would be great if there was a way to send the schedule out automatically for carers at the click of a button by email.

Area for company-specific files/forms/letters not just for clients and carers. The manager can decide if they want to share the document with all the carers or not.
