Break should be visible both in the carer app and back office instead of just a gap in schedule.

It would be great if there was a way to send the schedule out automatically for carers at the click of a button by email.

Should be able to set own colours/add notes to visits on schedule page

It would be helpful if the colour of the visit, instead of always being green upon completion, would change to purple or another colour if the call was logged out however the secure visit was unsatisfied e.g no qr code used on log in or log out.

Can the system please calculate the travel time between visits when rostering. This will ensure the staff have the correct travel time. For instance if you put the visits too close together the system alerts you

It would be really good if there was an option to select specific days of the week when adding tasks. For example, if a client has their bed changed on a specific day it would be useful to select just that day when adding the task rather than having to set that day up separately in the schedule.

Something keeps occurring, and I feel an update to the nurse buddy app could be beneficial for our service users. Would it at all be possible to add a new design feature, so that if a service user requests a particular date and time for an appointment for example, it would then flash with an error code if that visit on the rota was then attempted to be moved? We are finding, that despite putting information on the visit itself, it can be easily overlooked, and subsequently, service users visits are being moved when they need support at that time to enable them to go to the appointment. It could also be that if that visit needs to be of a certain time, that it be highlighted in a different colour, to make it more visible.
