A tool to help coordinators quickly view and track the minimum visits required for service users during severe weather or emergencies, and generate a compliance report. This would work similarly to the existing “Address List in Visit Notes” function but with a filter to show only essential visit requirements. These requirements (e.g., only Morning and Bed visit required) could be stored in a dedicated field within each client’s profile. During emergencies, coordinators could access this list to see all relevant clients at a glance, rather than checking each profile individually. This would make it easier to prioritise visits, save time during high-pressure situations, and ensure essential care is never missed.
