Cornwall council has requested to have a postal code column in the visit reports that care companies send them

Currently, when you click on the settings icon on the People page (Carers list), there is no option to select the Tax Number column. At the moment, we add the insurance number in this column. Including the Tax Number column would be helpful for generating reports with all the carer information.

like to have an option for bulk updating hours and products from the report, sometimes need to change the products for completed visits The reason for the bulk hours update request is that CM2000 and the time recorded in Nursebuddy don’t always match, since carers need to log in to CM2000 separately. If they log into CM2000 but forget to log into Nursebuddy, the hours then need to be updated manually to align both systems

Manager might be required to add extra information to completed visits, for example extra info for payroll or invoicing. So it would be an extra field in the visit where managers can add these notes

This way this can be audit, create reports and filtered by as the other notes.

A tool to help coordinators quickly view and track the minimum visits required for service users during severe weather or emergencies, and generate a compliance report. This would work similarly to the existing “Address List in Visit Notes” function but with a filter to show only essential visit requirements. These requirements (e.g., only Morning and Bed visit required) could be stored in a dedicated field within each client’s profile. During emergencies, coordinators could access this list to see all relevant clients at a glance, rather than checking each profile individually. This would make it easier to prioritise visits, save time during high-pressure situations, and ensure essential care is never missed.

We as an agency charge the client directly for the mileage that the carers cover but the system doesn't allow me the functionality to add this to the charges. I can only add hourly rates, which of course I can't charge 45p per hour as the carer may only travel 3 miles one day, 9 the next. It is a variable amount.

HSE can require a Purchase Order on all invoices. Can this be automatic?

More flexibility to risk assessment review notifications. Possibility to run a report that shows all upcoming reviews (similar to carer compliances -report).
