Lock visits to prevent them from being moved outside client's preferred time and date

Something keeps occurring, and I feel an update to the nurse buddy app could be beneficial for our service users. Would it at all be possible to add a new design feature, so that if a service user requests a particular date and time for an appointment for example, it would then flash with an error code if that visit on the rota was then attempted to be moved? We are finding, that despite putting information on the visit itself, it can be easily overlooked, and subsequently, service users visits are being moved when they need support at that time to enable them to go to the appointment. It could also be that if that visit needs to be of a certain time, that it be highlighted in a different colour, to make it more visible.

It would be handy as management/admin to be able to add and lock individual notes/times onto certain visits for things like appointments that cannot be moved by another person to a different time once allocated onto a run.

For example if some one had requested an earlier visit for an appointment it would be visible with a coloured indicator or the visit could be fixed and wouldn't move if you tried to move it.

It would be helpful if we were able to lock a visit so it cannot be changed without confirmation for important things such as appointments. Often it happens that people move a visit without thinking or noticing the visit instruction says there is an appt.

It would be helpful if visit boxes could have more options for colour coding. For example, if there is a visit for a client that cannot be changed due to an appointment, then this could be filled as a different colour to other visits on schedule view to signify that it should not be changed. Also to add to this, a locking function so that certain visits cannot be altered

In behalf of a client: Flexibility start time should prevent the visit to be moved to an earlier or later time that it states. For example: 30 min= visit can be moved only 30 min earlier or 30 min later than the planned start time.

Restrict users to move the call too earlier or later than the allocated call, or the option of not movable at all. for diabetic users, time sensitive clients.
