We would be able to put a pinned note for a set amount of time. For example, Mrs Smith's son is away until the 17th April, please remind her of this if she is disorientated. - This could be set for a set amount of time and reduce admin tasks of removing these.

We have started using the Messages function which is very useful. However, it really needs a search function and filter (by sender at least) function because it is very time consuming to scroll back over all messages to find the message that proves that something sent to the carer for example.

Was: "Manager login in the new mobile app" Currently, managers are not able to log in using the new mobile app (only carers). Support has been requested for their login in the native app for easier management of visits and carers on-the-go.

Is there a plan for a financial transaction where the Care Team can upload a shopping receipt ?

Are you able to add a form similar to incidents and accidents but instead for Complaints, Concerns and Compliments.

Often our clients have calls in different days with different focus, I,e welfare or domestic. However accept that this may not work from invoicing perspective. would welcome a suggestion from team

Risk Assessments - Can these have an auditable trail like care plans such as a record of created, who reviewed, any changes made and dates?

It would be great if you could see all clients on the map, maybe with a key so clients who have a run on that day, clients who are assigned to a carer (and their run) and clients who don't have a run; it would be great if the map had more functionality

Allow carers to see what their travel time is for the week aswell as their working hours, as travel time is allocated apart of their working contracted hours.
