I would like a compliance tab on client as well. Like the carer tab.

me too, ive asked before. Care plan/R assessments do have expire date and flag up, but MCA, reviews have no where to go

Hei andrew downey! 👋
Got it — you’d like a
Compliance tab on the client profile
(similar to the one on the carer profile) so you can track things like:- Care & support plan docs (your own CIW-aligned paperwork)
- Reviews
- Expiry dates (so nothing slips past)
Just so I’m 100% clear, can I ask a few quick Qs?
- What exact items would you want listed in the client Compliance tab? (e.g. care plan, risk assessment, review, consent forms, etc.)
- Do you need multiple reviews per client, each with their own expiry date?
- What should happen when something is close to expiry?
- A warning on the client profile?
- A task for someone?
- A notification/email?
- Who needs to see/manage this?
- Office admins only?
- Coordinators?
- Carers too?
- Do you want this to link to uploaded documents, or is it more about tracking dates/status?
Good practice we see with other providers: keeping a simple “what’s due in the next 30/60/90 days” view helps teams stay ahead of reviews, rather than chasing them after they expire. ✅
If you can share 1–2 examples of the review types you do (and the usual review cycle, like 6 months / 12 months), I can understand the setup you’re aiming for. Kiitos / Thanks! 🙂

Not sure exactly what Andrew needs but they is no where to put anything that expires apart from care plans and risk assessments.
When we do an annual customer review, annual health review or review a MCA, where can we put it, we currently put in file attachments but this doesnt show when they expire.
Its mainly admin/managers need to see this not staff.
We would want to attach an unloaded document.
This could also then include reminders for any regular medical appointments ie, dentist, podiatry, opicians etc
thank you Mandy
