Edit / Remove / Order actions within a task

Currently can't amend an existing task. Users also want to be able to change the order of any actions added

Notes have to be completed with a minimum of 50 words before you can log out

Can there be a feature where you can set it so the visits can not be logged out of until you have completed say 50 words in the notes so then there is no reason why carers dont do there notes

Comment box for no go carers

It would be great if when adding 'no go' carers there was a comment section so you could clarify the reason (only for managers/admin members to see)

Task/Actions management - create and assign tasks to team members

To be able to log and assign actions to team members and have an audit trail of what happened with a particular action in there own area like an "Inbox"

Admin can add Task actions as images (for enhanced selection)

Service instructions could allow uploading pictures while creation. In the mobile app, the carer could then just tap on an image to mark a task completed or select a value.

Family portal - show the client Task history section

We have some professionals set up on family portals and would like to see the services panel for ease of monitoring specific areas.
