Family being able to log in from the APP instead of Web base portal

When a family member is given access to the family portal, start showing visit notes only from that point onwards (i.e. not show them the entire history).

Environmentally friendly option for family and clients to access updated policies such as safeguarding, complaints and whistleblowing policies.

We have some users who need to see care plans, diary notes, schedules and others who don't. It would be better if we choose the access levels on an individual basic rather than a global setting.

We want to have a feature where we can disable access to the calendar tab on the family portal in settings. We only want the clients families to see the diary notes and care plan on the portal.

In some cases, it may be necessary for contacts to see more of the client's medication and a more complete eMAR (e.g. when a doctor is a contact for a client). Maybe add an ON/OFF toggle to show or not show this for a client.

Generating a notification for service users that a carer is two visits away

Those documents can be often updated and printing it out for every client is a very difficult and long process. We get asked why those documents can't be added to the Family Portal and we think it is a very good idea. Ideally with an option for the clients/family members to confirm that they have read it.
