I want so see all all incident details in the summary view (9 data fields)

Have the possibility to create a report to see how many new clients have been created and have left in a time frame. Request submitted on behalf of client.

I want to see expected revenue in each time period, based on the hourly rates of future visits I have in the system

I want to see total mileage travelled in each time period

Record risk assessment and highlight there is a risk on carer application. Be able to print off metrics.

I would like an easy way to see all the details of one incident. This could be clicking the incident on the list or something similar.

It would be helpful to show if the incident is closed or open on the immediate matrix.

I want to be able to sort the list view based on certain columns, like "incident type"

I want to see what is the share of cancelled visits in each time period. This should be a percentage so that the figures are comparable when the volume of my business scales.

I want to see how many appreciation messages were sent in total in any selected time period
