How does payroll automatically attribute mileage for the selected driver in double-up visits? Carers need to apply for mileage pay manually. Maybe a button on the visit in the carer app to denote "driver" status that links to payroll?

Would it be possible to have an option to pay for mileage from home to the first client with an option to pay only up to f.e. £5,6? Right now, we are adding it manually, and it would make paying for wages much easier. Thank you

Customer needs to be able to separate the amount of bonus or extra pay (e.g. evenings, weekends) on a staff member's Payroll report instead of the total sum of pay only.

I have been with Xero a while now and when I first started out with you we discussed a connection with Xero for Payroll. Please can you confirm when you will be connecting Payroll With XERO Payroll using their API - you have already done it with invoices. https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api/payrolluk/overview

Adding a minimum mileage on payroll despite of the actual distance. All distances between clients will pay a minimum of 2 miles. E.g: if the distance between client A and B is 1 mile, the payroll will set 2 miles but if it is 3 miles, the payment will be 3 miles.

On the Workshift report, clearly separate weekends and holidays from weekdays, as well as indicate the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday etc.). This could be selectable as columns under the report's Settings.

Logging on behalf of a customer: There are quite limited ways to identify different carers on the Payroll report. This is an issue when transferring reports to other systems. Currently, the report only contains the carer’s name. It’s not possible to use e.g. the Person ID, Employee ID or Carer email info or other identifications. Suggesting to add these as columns that can be selected on the report, to make the data more usable in other software.

User needs to be able to report pay rates based on workshifts, not visits. The workshift setting should be available to be chosen from Planned vs. Actual.

Carers should be able to see how many hours they have completed at the end of the month, they should be able to set the pay period

Reported on behalf of a customer: in the Payroll > Rate plan > Mileage & Travel time > Commute settings: can the term be updated as "from/to start location" to be more accurate? The title is currently "from/to home" when in reality it can also mean office if set up like that.
