Ability to select a validity period for a pinned note, for example, if a particular important instruction is relevant only for e.g. one week and not needed after that. This could help keep the list of notes shorter and easier to read, if the time-critical notes would be on the top and then automatically expired.

Useful for many purposes, for example, to be able to tag a client who is receiving or eligible for certain services, or tag a client that has some other data attached to them, to be quickly visible on the scheduling view and reports.

Carer should have more ownership of their daily schedule so that they could change the order of their visits (for the current day) as needed. Move them directly on the mobile app, e.g. just by a finger.

To get a complete view of carer availability, also absences could be listed in the workshift reports. Currently these are separated under two different reports.

Admins / Managers need to be able to set more finegrained permissions for carers. Preferably so that these could be adjusted per company to achieve more flexibility. a) Limit permissions: currently all carers see the same details of clients. However, carers who only do household chores such as cleaning up should not see details of confidential health data. b) Add more permissions: some have an opposite need for a carer to be able to make comments and create content to care plans and risk assessments. In those cases, carers have the full responsibility over all aspects of a client's care.

The following requests have been sent by two FI customers about the same widget: 1) Add "Last four weeks" option to calendar A customer suggested that "Last four weeks" would be a time-saving shortcut when needing to run reports in the middle of the month. It's also often included in many reporting and analytics platforms.

The columns in the Carer workshift report could be split to make it easier to modify the data in Excel. Currently, when they export the report, the planned and reported hours columns contain all of the information in a single cell per list type (see the screenshot). To make it easier to work with the data in other systems, these could be split into three columns (for both columns): Start time, End time, Duration.

A carer needs a new page (e.g. could be titled "Info") on the mobile app, so she can quickly check various types of company-internal guidelines and work instructions when working in the field. For example, "What do I do when I find a client has deceased?" On the desktop app, managers would be able to add and maintain the internal pages/documents easily.

A more automatic way to create workshifts would be to create them based on visits that have already been assigned to the carer.
