Can we please prevent visit end and save with alerts for carers that tasks are incomplete. In particular Meds administration and emar reason codes. We are constantly having to review emars daily to ensure codes are entered.

Request for a report which details careplan review dates

It would be nice to have an alert sent out to managers and admins when new manager notes are created so managers don't need to go looking every time, which is time consuming when there are a lot of clients.

If a pinned note has a typo or information entered by mistake, users should be able to at least edit the pinned note.

At present millage records from home to 1st visit which is not paid for also from last visit home. HMRC do not pay for these miles.

when asking for the absences report you can select dates but every absence comes up even the staff that have left (and been archived) it doesn't seem to take any notice of the dates that have been selected
