Hei Mandy Higgins! 👋
Got it — you’re after a report that shows
how many active carers and active clients you had in a specific month
, so you can track growth year-on-year. Right now you can only pull hours
by month, which doesn’t tell the full story. Makes total sense.Just so we understand it properly, can you tell me a bit more?
- When you say “active”, what should count?
- ✅ Anyone with at least 1 visit in that month?
- ✅ Anyone with an active contract/package in that month (even if no visits happened)?
- ✅ Anyone marked active in their profile during that month?
- Do you want the numbers split out like this?
-
Active clients
-
Active carers
- (Optional)
new vs ended
in that month- Do you need this by branch/teamas well, or just one total for the whole business?
- Do you want the report to use calendar months(e.g. 1–31 March) or yourpayroll/4-week periods?
- Where would you want to use it most?
- Tracking a KPI dashboard 📈
- CQC / local authority reporting
- Internal monthly review
Good practice we see with other care teams: they track
(1) active people, (2) delivered hours, (3) missed/cancelled visits
together. That way you can spot whether growth is coming from more people, more hours per person, or both.Kiitos / thanks — if you share your definition of “active”, I can help you pin down the cleanest way to measure it. 🙂
