There are a few things on the system I find very time consuming:

1. The system lets you double schedule someone for the same time, can there be a feature but on the system to give you an error if you have double booked a HAC without you having to go back to the HCA’s schedule to check this, or that the system wont let you schedule it until the time is changed to a time the HCA can provide the service.

2. When an HCA has book A/L sick day Etc can there be a feature put on the system that it will not let you schedule them in for that day when your assigning the call can it come up say error or something HCA schedule time off. If this feature can be put on it will need to be able to be overridden but come up as an error or flagged if a shift is scheduled. This is in case HCA has to do emergency cover Etc when off.

3. When on the scheduling screen it will not let you move on/ flick to the next client you have to go back out of that screen and go into the next client. Is there a feature t
