Antero Salonen: The undo button is usually on the top left (in ms word, excel etc) but there's already enough there in nb. I'd suggest put it in as it's own button beside the "Actions" dropdown in the top right of the visit screen. Also my preference wold be for it to actually say Undo, rather than just a backwards curving arrow.

Care for me: I agree that the Actions menu would be a good place. The reason I requested it is that I accidentally released the wrong day of scheduled visits on one occasion. That caused huge problems for me and my team and there was no way to recover the schedule.
