Ability to Cancel Unfilled Visits

It appears that unfilled visits can only be deleted. We don't like deleting visits as it means there is no record as to what happened to the visit. We prefer to cancel visits, but you cannot cancel an unfilled visit (as far as I can see).

At the moment we are allocating calls to a carer called "Cancelled" in order to allow us to cancel unfilled visits.

Oisin Ryan: We do the same, it's a quick solution. Only thing to consider is that it will make the metrics of how many carers are out working that day or week be one higher than it actually is but that doesn't really affect anything.
