At a minimum it would be great if the scheduler could be warned that a carer is scheduled to be absent when they go to allocate the carer to a call during annual leave. It is ridiculous to expect a scheduler who is allocating a call in the client calendar to then check the schedule view to see if the call is marked red. Schedulers are busy people.

Oisin Ryan: Hi Oisin, thanks for your feedback. Please remember that the best way to allocate visits is in the scheduling page using one of our tools or dragging and drop. All the visits and carers information is visible in there.
Tools like scheduling template won't allocate visits to carer that are absent or are marked as no-go carers. The calendar is not intended for rostering purposes since it doesn't show this information. Only in one-off cases should be used for assigning visits in there.

Carer absences/ leave

When carer's are absent or on leave, they can still be booked for visits from the client calendar, the customer reached out about modifying this so carer's are unable to be booked for visits while they're absent.
