Mileage pay for the driver only (in double-up visits with a passenger)

How does payroll automatically attribute mileage for the selected driver in double-up visits? Carers need to apply for mileage pay manually. Maybe a button on the visit in the carer app to denote "driver" status that links to payroll?

At the moment, the primary carer in a double up gets paid mileage. However, in some cases, both carers are drivers. Can the web based application have a feature where you can indicate that a carer is a driver. This feature when ticked would trigger the mileage calculation whether or not the carer is the primary carer in a double up shift.
