Option for the system to include max sum for petrol only at the start of the shift

Would it be possible to have an option to pay for mileage from home to the first client with an option to pay only up to f.e. £5,6? 
Right now, we are adding it manually, and it would make paying for wages much easier.

Hey Alicja from Newlands Care Angus, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:

What is the typical range of mileage costs from home to the first client that you would like the system to accommodate?
Are there any specific conditions or exceptions where the max sum for petrol should not apply?
Would you prefer the option to set different max sums for different employees or shifts, or is a single max sum sufficient for your needs?

It depends on where the carer lives, we pay 0,56 per mile with the condition that maximum pay will be 5,6.
There are not, it is just our allowance.
It would be best for the system to calculate the miles, but also "keep in mind" not to go over that sum.
