Live in days
Nicole moyo
Some clients are live-in clients, and their rates are not based on hourly payments, which makes the payroll system incompatible. Is there a way to implement a fixed daily payment system for live-in clients instead of an hourly rate?
Rocio Solis
Hi Nicole moyo Although we don't have a day-rates we do have a workaround that it may be useful. Please contact us in the chat and we will be happy to assist. You can add your question about Live-in rates and then select "Talk to a person" and we will be happy to look at this for you

Have the option to show in the schedule shifts and hours

Care Choice Plus
At the moment the scheduling show the all the visits in hours, but in some cases like sleep-in customer would like to have the option to show the shift instead. For example: 3 visits of 2 hours each during the day + 1 sleep-in shift (sleep shifts are not paid hourly but in for the shift). The total for that carer will be 6 hours + 1 sleep in shift.

hi thanks for coming back. So when we do our schedule we normally have to rota staff to do for example 7am-10pm then if we have a sleep in we also have to put that in hours 10-7am and explain to staff when they do their time sheets to show this as a sleep in as opposed to 9hrs. what would be helpful is if we can have like a shaded opposition showing sleep in

Hi Care Choice Plus team, can you drop me a message in the chat so we can see with more details what exactly do you need? I think we may have some options available for this case.

hi we are wondering whether you can create a feature where when staff do a shift with an individual where we can then add a sleep in without adding it in as hours as sleep ins are not paid on an hourly basis
