Split the columns in the Carer workshift report

The columns in the Carer workshift report could be split to make it easier to modify the data in Excel.
Currently, when they export the report, the planned and reported hours columns contain all of the information in a single cell per list type (see the screenshot).
To make it easier to work with the data in other systems, these could be split into three columns (for both columns): Start time, End time, Duration.
