Admins / Managers need to be able to set more finegrained permissions for carers. Preferably so that these could be adjusted per company to achieve more flexibility.

a) Limit permissions: currently all carers see the same details of clients. However, carers who only do household chores such as cleaning up should not see details of confidential health data.

b) Add more permissions: some have an opposite need for a carer to be able to make comments and create content to care plans and risk assessments. In those cases, carers have the full responsibility over all aspects of a client's care.
