Maintaining company-internal instructions & showing them for carers

A carer needs a new page (e.g. could be titled "Info") on the mobile app, so she can quickly check various types of company-internal guidelines and work instructions when working in the field. For example, "What do I do when I find a client has deceased?"
On the desktop app, managers would be able to add and maintain the internal pages/documents easily.
