We want to have a feature where we can disable access to the calendar tab on the family portal in settings. We only want the clients families to see the diary notes and care plan on the portal.

Hiya Caroline Donovan, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:

What specific reasons do you have for wanting to disable the calendar tab for family members?
Would you like the ability to re-enable the calendar tab in the future, or should it be permanently disabled once turned off?
Are there any other features or tabs you would like to have control over in terms of access for family members?

Hi, The reason we want the calendar tab disabled for family members is that our rosters are live and there can be many changes made to schedules. We don't have the manpower to inform every client/family when a time is changed of a visit or a carer changed etc. The client/family would not be happy to changes, they don't understand the reasons to it. So if the client can only see the diary notes that would be sufficient for us. We would want the option to turn this feature on and off.
