Can we limit the view for family's in the app, with regards to visit notes just allowing them to see 1 or 2 weeks and not historical, these can be printed if required.

Also we have seen that you can see all contacts logged for the individual, this is a concern and would breach GDPR wouldn't it? we have clients families that do not get on so this would really be cause for concern.

Sharing staff full name i don't think this should be visible on the portal either.

If this is already in place could someone please point me in the right direction.
