Hi Rocio Solis, By actions, these are internal 'Requests', task or actions in relation to service users e.g. a new client is onboarded and we need a care plan assessment then we would action the care manager to complete or perhaps a complaint investigation is required then we could allocate a team member to deal with this and be able to log comments and updates to the task or action - hope this explains
