Task editing
Nicola Pearce
Please can you make it so that tasks used for custom forms can be edited if there is an error or something needs to be added. So time consuming having to keep re-doing the whole form

Make Tasks editable

Carren Bell
I have made Be Spoke Tasks for Clients suiting thier individualised care tasks. These tasks will change as the person gets older and their needs / preferrences change. Please can tasks be editable so this can reduce the workload of my team. One small change on a task currenlty means having to create a whole new task from start to finish. Often out tasks can be multifaceted! then once saved it have to be applied to the clients visits which are not all sequencial. Plus the old task needs taking off.
Being able to update the task will mean that no changes will be made once the task is save!
PRIORITY IS HIGH ON THIS PLEASE. Health is not static.

Editing Tasks

Ardent Care
Currently, if we need to change a task we have to make it inactive and create a new one ....and then assign it again to every single client. Can we please have the ability to edit tasks, to save the leg work and potentially missed task assignment.

Ability to 'edit' services without removing and replacing
A
Ardent Care
Currently, existing tasks/services cannot be edited; they have to be set to inactive, and then a new service created and re-added to all visits. Could it be made so existing tasks can be edited and the changes applied to all future occurrences of the task?

HI, Added to this, the ability to remove services if not longer relevant

Also the need for the carer to be able to remove Services (if they selected something for the visits by accident, for example).
