We need a mechanism to track specific things about individual visits that are not shared with care staff or clients. We have a few use cases for this but probably the most important is to track premium rates offered to staff for covering calls. Basically a small (1 line) private visit instructions box would be super helpful. It must export with the client visits and carer visits exports.

I would like to suggest a means to add notes to each visit on the schedule so as when there is a late visit, as a manager we could add a note of why this might be, what actions was taken, etc. As this becomes valuable data to present to CQC inspectors.
