Is it possible for a person not being able to log out till they complete the information on EMAR, same goes for the other tasks and notes, we have many staff that leave the notes blank and we have had to hire a new person just to manage this but it would be much easier if the staff would not be allowed to log out if they didnt complete this info.

Is there anyway to not let staff log out till they complete all tasks, so until they don’t complete the ticks or declines for medication and if they must complete notes, till they don’t do this they are not allowed to log out.

Is it possible to make it so the carer's can't log out of the visit without completing the MAR chart and writing notes about the visit. We have a constant battle with Carer's not doing this, which causes problem's when the MAR chart audits are done, also if anything happens on visit's carer's who go in after have no idea anything has happened if there are no notes.
