It would be nice to send an e-card for a carers/ clients birthday also to families who have lost a loved one.
Paper cards are great but post isn't what it was.

Hi Alison Price we will be soon adding more e-cards for carers that can be sent from the Appreciation feature.
For Families and clients, this is not yet possible but I will create a request on your behalf.
