To have client or carers birthdays come up as a notification to remind you. Otherwise you have to keep looking at their profile which you may not routinely do daily for all clients/carers

Could we have a RAG rating system (using factors such as mobility, mental capacity, whether a SU lives alone etc.) to identify our most vulnerable SUs in the event of an emergency that may affect service provision, such as a natural disaster.

Managers should be able to acknowledge notes left by carers

Can you create a tab/function whereby we can input total of number of care hours, eg 7 a week or 40 a month and that it flags up if the person is allocated too many or not, so we are able to quickly see if anyone is over or under hours.

Alot of our clients have prefered names that they wish to be called, currently we are just putting the name such as John "dave" Doe it would be nice to have a prefered name box so carers know without having some sort of code. the other one that would also be nice is a middle name as many of our clients have middle names

Is it possible to have preview mode on attachments on mobile phone and computer so we do not need to download them. So preview option and then option to download when only authorised.

We would like a function to manage Service Reviews and Quality Assessments for Clients that you can set dates and reminders.

For example, to add certain services only on Mondays' visits.

To have a box under service user users information called: Funding Reference

Some of our carers have suggested that it would be nice to know before hand via nursebuddy is the client is a smoker. and it would also help our admin team to also know so we can do additional checks on the clients and make sure carers are aware of the fire checks they need to do every time they visit the propety
