Please can you put a comment box underneath each visit so the office staff can comment on how the visit has gone ahead and if there are any concerns, this way auditing will be alot easier for the office staff going forward, just a comment box please.

- There ill be no specific information, it is just to comment if the call has gone okay and if all medication is administered, this is for our audit system.
2 Only for specific roles, which are just office staff.
- No notification system is needed.

- Should the comments be visible to all stakeholders or only to specific roles?
