Could we have a RAG rating system (using factors such as mobility, mental capacity, whether a SU lives alone etc.) to identify our most vulnerable SUs in the event of an emergency that may affect service provision, such as a natural disaster.

It would be great that  IT department put diagnosis category for each client, so it will be very great to do SBAR while we dealing with emgency report to paramedic or physician. And if possible kindly add code status like full code or partial for resuscitation.

We use the 'teams' function for this and the choice of colours. Works well.

I think this is very important as with Social care in the position it is currently we are always needing to review our RAGS according to staffing, weather etc and it would be good to be able to quickly see at a glance when planning with the RAG at top of page
