Often our clients have calls in different days with different focus, I,e welfare or domestic. However accept that this may not work from invoicing perspective. would welcome a suggestion from team

When viewing pin notes in the notification area it would be useful to preview the notes added without having to navigate to the client page

a forum for the home care managers to be able to talk to each other share ideas and documents. I know and understand we all in the competitive world that is domiciliary care or enablement but actual the large majority of companies and organisations who are using nurse buddy won't be your competitors and could also have information that could help you out or visa versa. The world of health and care has changed in recent times where cross organisational learning is now praised especially by CQC, and are more likely to become outstanding. I know lots of places want to push numbers to have the highest amount of clients so they can in turn make more profit. However as long as you are sustainable CQC don't really care about your number of clients but the care you provide them. and being able to show you are working with other organisations to improve your care will intern improve your rating, which will then lead to more people wanting to use your service.

It would save a lot of time in the system if we were able to set up bespoke task lists for each customer. At present, you need to add individual tasks to each call, which means when adding extra calls this takes a long time. I have seen other systems whereby you can set up for example morning call-template / lunch / tea / bed etc and add tasks to the template. When adding a call to the calender for a service user you could then simply choose from the appropriate template for that service user. Hope that makes sense - would save a lot of time

Can you add a section where we can tick off that the client has consented to information sharing. (at present we have to go and check paper files which is a bit of a headache and not very convenient!)
