It would save a lot of time in the system if we were able to set up bespoke task lists for each customer.
At present, you need to add individual tasks to each call, which means when adding extra calls this takes a long time.
I have seen other systems whereby you can set up for example morning call-template / lunch / tea / bed etc and add tasks to the template. When adding a call to the calender for a service user you could then simply choose from the appropriate template for that service user.
