Workshifts shown also in carer app calendar

Adding on behalf of customer: add workshifts into carercalendar too. Right now carer sees their workshifts only in the My day view and it has to be scrolled day by day. No easy overview of workshifts available in app.

How frequently do carers need to view their workshifts in advance?
Are there specific features or information carers would like to see alongside their workshifts in the calendar?
Would carers prefer to see their workshifts in a weekly or monthly calendar view, or is there another preferred format?
