Visit colour changing based upon Secure Visit

It would be helpful if the colour of the visit, instead of always being green upon completion, would change to purple or another colour if the call was logged out however the secure visit was unsatisfied e.g no qr code used on log in or log out.

It would be helpful if carers completed the notes before signing out, we are noticing a couple of times carers just put a letter in the notes section to allow them to log out! then either forget to complete or return at a later time to complete or forget!!! not a accurate recording system

Kate James: Hi Kate, thanks for your feedback and comment. In regards with carers entering just letters in the visit note section, it is important that carers know what is your company policy when it comes to visit notes and what would be the implications or not meeting these requirements. How Nursebuddy can help, is with a setting that can be enabled from the Carers Mobile app settings to not allow carers to edit completed visits, this way they need to make sure all the information is entered correctly according to your quality care policies when completing the visit otherwise they won't be able to edit them later on.
