To be able to set specific times for medication instead of morning/evening etc.

at the moment were not utilising the medication function of nurse buddy because of this and have to have separate MAR charts. All medications we give are restricted to specific times such as 12pm/6pm we can't have give in 'afternoon' and set a time between 12-4 as the prescribed medication given late can cause side affects. is there any way we can have a time section of MAR and not Morning/evening

Hi Sanam Khan, I wanted to ask if you are using the start time for medication.
For example, the morning range could be 7AM to 12PM, but whenever you are adding individual medication, you can add a specific time, let's say cream starts at 9AM.
When carers open the morning medications, they can see all the individual start times and you could also use the additional instructions fields to specify the cream needs to be applied at 9AM.
Would that work?

Great to hear your perspective, Sanam Khan! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific times do you need to set for medication administration?
- How do you currently manage medication schedules outside of NurseBuddy?
- Are there any other features related to medication management that would be beneficial for your workflow?

Simo Hännikkälä Hello Simo, thank you for reaching out. Every medication is prescribed at different times, a child can have 15 different medications each, all at completely different time. at the moment we have a basic paper MAR chart, instead of it saying Afternoon, its a specific time so 1300. As majority of the medicines we use are time sensitive we cant allow a range. - Even if we had an additional column in the eMar provided by Nursebuddy in which we could write a specific time in it- that would also work- and it being it highlighting in the carers app example Afternoon Medication due - Glycoporrinium Bromide 1300- this would solve so many issues we had (also allowing more than 5 administrations- we have children that have the same medicine 6 times a day) - The times is mainly the only reason why we had to stop using it on nurse buddy. ive attached a photo for reference.
