I would like to request a few improvements to the system, which would greatly support our invoicing and payroll processes.
Invoices – Adding Expenses/Subcriptions
It would be extremely helpful to have the option to add additional expenses or subscription charges directly onto client invoices when required also to be able to email them directly from the system.
Payslips – Additional Payments for Carers
We would also benefit from a function that allows extra payments (such as allowances or additional expenses) to be added to carers’ payslips more easily.
Payroll Processing for Individual Staff
Finally, it would be very useful if payroll could be processed for individual carers separately, rather than having to run payroll for all carers at the same time.
These features would improve flexibility and efficiency within our day-to-day operations.

The invoicing improvements above would be beneficial. We have a handful of clients where we charge additional mileage and at the moment we have to issue a separate manually produced invoice every month, which is a pain. It would be great to have this built into the system. We don't use the payroll function as we need more flexibility than the features in NB currently facilitate.
