Start a medication in a specific time of the day

Currently a medication can be started in a specific date but cannot be set to start in a specific time of the day. E.g today the first dose will start at tea time but from tomorrow onwards the medication has to be given 3 times per day

When you add a medication part way through a day, it creates entries for the entire day, even if that time has passed. I.E a medication to be taken 4x daily, can be created at 5pm and then shows the morning and lunch time visits as missed medication even though it hadn't start until after this time. There's no way to change this other than make two entries of medication which then makes the emar look messy.
