I would like the payroll export to be able to export in hours and not just minutes for duration and billed time. All rates are hourly so this is requiring a manual process in a spreadsheet separately which is prone to error and takes extra time. We have been evaluating other platforms and this is pretty standard across them.

Zak Willis: thank you for posting and for the detailed feedback — totally understand how exporting durations only in minutes creates extra manual work (and risk of errors) when your rates are hourly. We will look into the option to export payroll in hours for duration and billed time, and come back to you once we have more clarity.
