Yes, this will be helpful. It should include travel time, as now I understand it shows the total of only contact time with the clients.

Now they only see reported time/planned time. And because of that they get confused, if there are any unpaid cancellations, they don't see billed time so they are unsure if they got paid correctly or if there was a mistake that cut off the hours.
Would it be possible to choose what hours the app is showing?
