'Shadowing' rotas for trainees - second carer can be assigned to visit without it being invoiced to service user

Can we copy another carers visits to a "shadower/trainee" - where it doesn't show up as a second carer. Therefor isn't billable to the service user. Ideally - it should copy the visit but not copy the invoicing details or show up as multiple carers for visit.

Carla Charman: Hi Carla, this is possible you just need to create 2 visits for the same client happening at the same time and for one of the visits remove the product info, this way the visit won't be invoiced to the service user/invoice contact.
