Is there a way to keep the layout how you type it before publishing please?

Currently when you publish the Risk Assessment it bunches everything you have written in the categories together which makes it very hard to read and doesn't look great to be honest.

Risk assessments need to be easy to read and easy to find the information you need quickly, I obviously know we could add more boxes but this would make the document extremely long and wouldn't be ideal.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
