As a recommendation can we suggest to have a notes option in the emar where the admin /manager can write notes for the missed or unticked medications

When the carers do not have option to edit an completed call, we would like the admins/managers to have a note option for the missed or unticked medications

Hi Simo,
Please find the answers for your questions.
- How frequently do missed or unticked medications occur, and how critical is it to address them immediately?
A. It happens almost everyday one or the other carer misses to tick the medications they have given or put in a right code for the medication missed.
- Who should have access to view and edit these notes, and should there be any restrictions or permissions?
A. Only the Admins and Managers should have access to view and edit these notes.
- What specific information should be included in the notes to ensure they are useful for future reference?
A. The notes to be included should be is, was the medication administered or not and if it was not, then what was the reason for the miss.

- What specific information should be included in the notes to ensure they are useful for future reference?

I agree the E mar should be editable by managers but not carers without providing a reason at the point of change.
