Prevent carers from editing visit notes later on

I had a carer edit her notes after a potential safeguarding. She changed them to cover her mistake. This is unacceptable. Can locking notes be a priority?

Locking notes is one solution to the problem. It's a clear and simple solution but it also limits the carers capabilities to act independently. In a case of a normal human accidents of writing things incorrectly or mis-clicking a checkbox in the mobile app would result into a very time&money consuming process of carers first contacting the office managers on this and the office would then contact Nursebuddy support to set the record straight.
I think there might be other solutions as well.
An alternative solution (with more fluent and flexible work flow for carers):
- carers could edit their notes just as they currently can with no limitations
- carers and family members see only the latest version of the notes
- all managers and admins would see a complete audit trail / changelog of all every note changes clearly
--> this audit trail acts as evidence of all the changes made into notes
Could this alternative work?

Is there any options to restrict the nurses to login to the previous visits after 24-48 hrs.
For example as per our nursebuddy policy, a nurse who suppose to login and comply all the requirements in 24hrs from the time she start with the shift but if she don't follow the policies and she will not do it on the same day, she will accumulate it all and do when she get her off or she do it for 3-4 days together.
Many of our nurses do the same and i want to correct them all, if we have a option to prevent such activities after a desired time.

In the new app carers have been able to alter visit times even though this option has been turned off in main settings
