we would like to see holiday entitlement section where you are able to input the annual entitlement, then add the time off and number of hours used and Nursebuddy deducts and keeps a running total.

Any updates on this? I am looking to cancel my contract with Nursebuddy hourly because it doesn't calculate staff holiday entitlement.

Antero Salonen this feature was marked "Planned" in January 2022 and "Under Review" in May 2023. It's nearly the end of 2024 and loads of people have upvoted this. I realise it may not be the easiest thing to solve but it's such a hassle for care companies. It would add so much more value than lots of the minor fixes you guys are making. I would be happy to spend some time to work with you on how a solution might work. This is one of those things that is going to trigger us to leave Nursebuddy because it has become so time consuming and other platforms solve it.

Together with workshift and absences info, a request was sent about showing how many days of holiday a carer has accumulated and spent (lomakertymä). Can this be considered in the upcoming Availability designs, since absences are already tracked there?

New legislation means the 12.07% holiday rate won't be correct anymore and it must be a 52 week average - but it would definitely be helpful to have holiday management as an integral part of NB.

When adding a holiday to a carer through calendar, could this be transferred to the visit summary sheet as there is a column for holidays but no data is transferred over so your having to open other reports to manually pull this information off
