In some cases a specific medication for the rest of the day need to be cancelled with immediate effect, leaving the rest of the doses visible for the carers until midnight can cause confusion.

Would be useful to be able to finish a course of short term medication at specific times as currently unable to end a course until end of day which records a missed dose if course has ended at lunch time for example
