Can we have an option where we can choose to download all clients' profiles, including care plan, risk assessment, general information, health, medication contact, and information about me, all in one document? We can choose the sections we want included in the downloads.
We had a situation recently where the local authority thought some information was absent/incomplete, but it was in the about me section and not included in the care plan, things like the client's history, likes and dislikes, etc
