So carer on applications know there is an out of the ordinary request for that shift.

Is it possible to have visits in different colors in the view of the visit design? E.g. Care visit yellow, cleaning visit green, etc?

I believe it would be beneficial to distinguish single and double visits by assigning them different colours on the screen, making it easier to differentiate between them, quicker allocation, easier to teach new staff.

We would like to know if there can be a feature on the rota to highlight those with medication administration?

Such as, When we allocate, if they can be a different colour maybe, also this would work very well for single calls so they are highlighted

At the moment, I put (M) next to their name but this does not show up on the rota schedule it self, it would be a tremendous help to be able to identify a medication user with colour so we can ensure we are knowing who has meds , so when we allocated the calls, instead of everyone being the same beige colour, they can be blue and we know they are medication , or pink to highlight they are a single call, ect...

The customers have asked if there's a way to colour code clients living in the same area so carers can avoid long travels between clients.
